Zusammenfassung:	Dispenser for dispensing web material from a roll, the dispenser comprising a housing defining an interior of the dispenser and an arm hinged at a hinge point to a support member. The arm is adapted to pivot about the hinge point. The dispenser further comprises a spindle attached perpendicular to the arm. The spindle is adapted to rotatably support a roll during dispensing. The arm is pivotable between a first position in which the spindle is arranged in a dispensing position within the housing of the dispenser and a second position in which the spindle is arranged in a loading position outside the housing of the dispenser in order to allow loading of a roll onto the spindle.
