The nanoparticle and zwitterionic ligand compound according to the present invention are applicable to various pharmaceutical compositions, etc. including a contrast agent for MRI, and broadly usable in, for example, various diagnostic methods and test reagents in the fields of pharmaceuticals, bioengineering, etc.
