This information creation device (10) is provided with: a related file extraction unit (13) which, for each application, during start-up or operation of said application, extracts one or more files accessed due to start-up or operation of said application; a related application extraction unit (14) which, for each application, extracts one or more other applications which perform data transmission/reception with said application; and a related information storage unit (15) which, in a storage unit (12), stores, for each application, information that shows one or more files accessed during start-up or operation of said application as related files of said application, and, for each application, information that shows one or more other applications that perform data transmission/reception with said application as related applications of said application.
