TRK inhibitor as anti-cancer drug

Involved is a group of tropomyosin receptor kinase inhibitors containing a compound structure of amidophenoxyindazole. These compounds exhibit potent inhibition on many carcinogenic kinases, especially TRK, and thus can be used in the treatment of a tumor or cancer.
