Zusammenfassung:The present invention carries out: a coal ash generation step for generating coal ash; a sintered ash generation step for heating the coal ash at each of a plurality of temperatures in a sintering temperature range of a coal-fired boiler, thereby generating sintered ash at each temperature; an agglutination measurement step for rotating and separating each batch of sintered ash by means of a rattler tester, and measuring the degree of agglutination from the ratio of the weight of the sintered ash before and after rotation and separation; a correlation calculation step for burning coal which will produce the measured degree of agglutination in the coal-fired boiler, measuring the exhaust gas temperature, and obtaining a correlation between the degree of agglutination and the exhaust gas temperature; an exhaust gas temperature prediction step for predicting the exhaust gas temperature from the degree of agglutination of the coal used as a fuel, on the basis of the correlation between the degree of agglutination and the exhaust gas temperature; and an adhesion prediction step for predicting adhesion of ash in the coal-fired boiler, on the basis of the predicted exhaust gas temperature.
