Zusammenfassung:Provided is a cable laying apparatus capable of changing a direction of a cable, which is configured to lay a cable from a cable drum placed on a trailer bogie without additional unloading work, the cable laying apparatus including a frame unit variably installed to accommodate the cable drum therein; a traverse part provided at a side of the frame unit and configured to guide a withdrawal direction of the cable wound around the cable drum; and a cable unwinding part located at the rear of the traverse part and configured to pull the cable, wherein the traverse part is further configured to change the withdrawal direction of the cable withdrawn in a radial direction of the cable drum to an axial direction of the cable drum.
