Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are a far-infrared negative ion carbon composite board and a manufacturing process thereof. The compositions and weight percentage of the composite board are: 0.5%-95% of 10-6000 meshes of mica powder; 5%-91% of 10-200 meshes of carbon powder; 15%-90% of resin; 0.1%-10% of dispersant; 1%-50% of zeolite powder; 0.1%-20% of foaming agent; and 0.1%-20% of regulators. The physical properties such as hardness, density, bending strength and high and low temperature resistance of the composite board can be adjusted by means of the formulation and the temperature of the material; the composite board has a pressure bearing capacity and an abrasion resistance 80% greater than common boards, and has a certain cushioning property. The composite board has no harmful substances, and has a far-infrared emissivity of up to 80% or more, and a negative oxygen ion release amount of 1000/cc or more. |
