Zusammenfassung:SURGICAL ACCESS DEVICE WITH FASCIAL CLOSURE SYSTEM A surgical access device (100) is disclosed and includes a housing (109), a cannula (200), a guide (110), and an expandable member (300). The cannula (200) extends distally from the housing (109) and defines a longitudinal axis. A wall of the cannula (200) includes a first slot (250) defined therein. The guide (110) is engagable with the housing (109) and defines a first channel (112). The first channel (112) is disposed at a non-parallel angle relative to the longitudinal axis. The expandable member (300) is disposed adjacent a distal portion of the cannula (200) and is transitionable between a collapsed configuration and an expanded configuration.
