The nozzle assembly generally comprises an insulator (74) having a plurality of grooves (102) around an outer periphery, a plurality of sealing members (104) disposed within the grooves (102) of the insulator (74); and a nozzle body slipfit around the insulator (74), such that at least one of the insulator (74) and the nozzle body define position indicia (260).
