Zusammenfassung:A train operation management apparatus for managing operation of railway trains, wherein when a timetable disruption has occurred, a second predicted timetable that prioritizes the time points of train arrivals and departures is selected provided that the total cost of the second predicted timetable, generated based on electrical power consumption required for train operation and the degree of the effect of delays in the form of monetary costs associated with train operation, is lower than that of a first predicted timetable that is anticipated to occur due to the timetable disruption; wherein a determination of the monetary costs includes a determination of an amount calculated based on one or more time-dependent service factors associated with a delay, the time-dependent service factors including: size of a train station; occupancy of a train line; and a type of a corresponding delayed train, the type being an express train type or a local train type; wherein the train operation management apparatus is configured to calculate a target speed of a train according to the selected predicted timetable; and wherein the calculated target speed of the train is transmitted to the train to operate the train at the target speed. rJ Train operation management system Train operation managment Communication management a appartus i apparatus
