The outer walls contain an inner channel (14) configured to direct a flow of coolant fluid (30). The heat transfer device further includes a fluid intake port (32) and a fluid outtake port (34), each connected to the first inner channel (14). The fluid intake port (32) is configured to direct a flow of coolant fluid (30) through an outer wall (18) of the enclosure portion into the inner channel (14), and the fluid outtake port (34) is configured to direct a flow of coolant fluid (30) through an outer wall (18) of the enclosure portion out of the inner channel (14).
