Zusammenfassung:DISCONNECT SPLICE BLOCK AND MODULAR SURGE DEVICE An electrical coupling device (10) disclosed herein comprises: a base housing (12); a first electrical terminal (30) located within the base housing (12), the first electrical terminal (30) including a first hole; a second electrical terminal (32) located within the base housing (12), the second electrical terminal (30) including a second hole; and a jumper (16) located within the base housing (12); wherein the first and second electrical terminals (30, 32) are arranged so that the first and second holes overlap; and wherein the jumper (16) passes through the first and second holes and is movable to selectively electrically couple the first and second electrical terminals (30, 32) together.
