The wing flap (100) is part of a wing (214) of an aircraft (200). The wing flap (100) may be moveably coupled to a wing body (258) that is also part of the wing (214). The torque member (108) is configured to be coupled to a flap actuator (260) of the aircraft (200). There is also disclosed a method (1000) for forming the wing flap (100).
