Zusammenfassung:	Abstract The present invention relates to a method for enabling access to a video across different storage devices. The method comprises receiving a user request to access a video that is stored on a first storage device; generating, for display to the user in response to receiving the user request to access the video stored on the first storage device, an option to enable the user to access the video from a second storage device, wherein the option is displayed before the video becomes accessible to the user from the second storage device; and responsive to receiving a user selection of the option, transmitting an identifier of the video stored on the first storage device to the second storage device to enable access to the video stored on the first storage device from the second storage device.
