Zusammenfassung: | The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for producing a saccharified solution, the method being capable of maintaining the concentration of solid content in a reaction container to be high and also dissolving biomass into a slurry state in an early stage when cellulose contained in cellulose-based biomass is solubilized by enzymatic hydrolysis. The cellulose-based biomass can be dissolved by mixing and agitating pulverized biomass and an aqueous solution containing a cellulose decomposing enzyme in the reaction container that does not have a baffle plate therein. Then, the contents are transferred to another reaction container that has a baffle plate therein, and enzymatic decomposition of the cellulose is continuously performed. The concentration of solid content in the reaction container is preferably 15-30 mass%. The production amount of saccharide can be increased by improving the effect of agitation in the enzymatic decomposition of the cellulose. |
