Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are examples of systems, apparatus, methods and computer program products for providing individualized transaction messages within a retailer network (100, 104). Identity information for a customer during a retailer transaction is received (202), then a database of customer profiles is accessed (204) to match (206) a customer profile with the identity information. One or more preferred messaging channels for the customer are determined (208) based on the customer profile information, and then one or more individualized transaction messages are sent (210) to the customer via the preferred messaging channels.
