Each wall comprises a structural element (76, 78; 84, 86) having corrugations such that the structural element (76, 78; 84, 86) is folded up on itself several times, enabling the wall (76, 78; 84, 86) to be folded up before the introduction of the implant (70), then deployed inside the cavity.
