Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a conveyor wagon drive (4) for a conveyor wagon of a conveyor system, which conveyor wagon drive contains the drive device (1) and the drive element (2), the drive element (2) being drivable by means of the drive device (1) and the second long side (42) of the drive element (2) for driving the drive element (2) is facing the drive belt (12) of the drive device (1). The drive device (1) contains a drive source (34) and a drive force transmission means (6) for transmitting a drive force of the drive source (34) to a drive element (2), and, for driving by means of the drive device (1), the conveyor wagon can be fastened to the drive element (2) and the drive force can be transmitted by the drive force transmission means (6) by means of force-based or frictional connection to the drive element (2).
