Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:A computer-implemented method for assessing a capability of an organization, the computer-implemented method executed by one or more processors and including receiving, by the one or more processors, a plurality of normalization factors associated with raw consumer data related to the capability of the organization, wherein the capability includes a plurality of sub-capabilities that reflect one or more key performance indicators, generating, by the one or more processors, normalized consumer data relating to the capability of the organization based on the plurality of normalization factors associated with the raw consumer data, generating, by the one or more processors, a data structure to store the normalized consumer data and multiple scores associated therewith, storing, in a data repository, the data structure such that the data structure is stored in association with raw consumer data related to the key performance indicators, generating, by the one or more processors and based on the normalized consumer data and multiple scores stored in the data structure, a graph illustrating the normalized consumer data with respect to a performance of a market including the organization and one or more competitors of the organization such that the graph provides an assessment of the capability of the organization, the graph further illustrating the data structure as a consolidated scorecard that displays the normalized consumer data with respect to the plurality of sub-capabilities, the performance of the market, and a performance of the one or more competitors of the organization, outputting, by the one or more processors, the graph to a display device for presenting one or more graphical user interfaces that display the graph, and retrieving, by the one or more processors, the normalized consumer data from the data structure stored in the data repository for generating a subsequent graph based upon the normalized consumer data thereby eliminating processing time associated with regenerating the normalized consumer data.
