Zusammenfassung:A computer-implemented method including obtaining data from internal sources that describe internal roles and skills corresponding to each of the internal roles, obtaining data from external sources that describe external roles that correspond with each of the internal roles and skills corresponding to each of the external roles, generating a normalized set of data indicating that each internal role, of the internal roles, is associated with the skills corresponding to the internal role, and that each external role, of the external roles, is associated with the skills corresponding to the external role, generating, from the normalized set of data, a skill relationship model that represents relationships between the internal roles, external roles, and the skills, including generating a knowledge graph where nodes of the graph represent internal roles, external roles, and skills, with edges between the nodes representing relationships between the nodes, each of the edges between an internal role and a skill and between an external role and a skill assigned a weight indicating a frequency that the skill appears in data that describes the internal and external role respectively, for each of the skills determining whether a difference between the weight assigned to an edge between the skill and an external role, and the weight assigned to an edge between the skill and an internal role matching the external role, satisfies a relationship threshold, including by determining that the weight assigned to the edge between the skill and the external role is either equal to the weight assigned to the edge between the skill and the internal role, or greater than the weight assigned to the edge between the skill and the internal role, or less than the weight assigned to the edge between the skill and the internal role, in response to determining that the weight assigned to the edge between the skill and the external role and the weight assigned to the edge between the skill and the internal role matching the external role satisfies the relationship threshold, determining whether internal future supply for the skill satisfies internal future demand for the skill, in response to determining that the internal future supply for the skill does not satisfy the internal future demand for the skill, reporting the requirement to obtain employees with the skill. 12587-0580001 U) E, EU) __j LU U)- U) L L 0 < < U) -) mf LU0 [I 0
