Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a complex of formula (I) or a solvate thereof, wherein n is 1 to 4. The present invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition and an application of the pharmaceutical composition in preventing or treating pain of, during, or after surgery. According to the technical solution of the present invention, provided is a drug with a simple production process and being capable of long-term sustained release of a local anesthetic in the body, and the local anesthetic can be continuously released for at least three days. The drug extends an analgesic effect on pain after surgery, is convenient to use for doctors and patients, and has good compliance.
