Zusammenfassung:-14 WIRELESS INDUSTRIAL PROCESS MONITOR An industrial process monitor 14 for monitoring an industrial process includes a controller 34 configured to control operation of the industrial process monitor. An ambient environment sensor 74 is configured to sense an ambient environment of the industrial process proximate the device 14 and responsively provide a sensor output signal. Output circuitry 32 is configured to provide an output based upon the sensor output signal. The controller 34 causes the ambient environment sensor to enter a high power mode upon detection of an anomaly and/or probable anomaly in the sensor output signal.
