A FLOW CONTROL DEVICE

A flow control apparatus is disclosed including a housing 110 having a port 111 and a bore 107 formed and extending through a wall thereof. A port sleeve 120 is disposed in the housing 110 and has a port 121 in communication with the port 111 of the housing 110. A first sleeve 130 is releasably attached to the housing 110 that is movable from a first position preventing axial movement of the port sleeve 120 relative to the housing 110 to a second position allowing axial movement of the port sleeve 120 relative to the housing 100. A second sleeve 140 is releasably attached to the port sleeve 120 that is movable from a first position blocking fluid communication through the port 111 of the housing 110 and the port 121 of the port sleeve to a second position allowing fluid communication through the ports 111 and 121.
