Abstract To adjust a print pressure and to move a plate cylinder relative to an impression cylinder by a simple mechanism while preventing a change in a contact pressure between the plate cylinder and an anilox roll. A pair of supporting shafts 5, 6 is opposed with each other across the web 2. A plate cylinder sleeve 7 and an impression cylinder sleeve 8 are detachably attached to supporting shafts 5, 6 different from each other. An ink supply device 40 includes an anilox roll 41 and is moved in alignment with a position of the plate cylinder sleeve 7 attached to a supporting shaft 5 or 6.
