The second opening is in communication with the first, and dimensioned to be somewhat larger. The angle between the first opening and the second opening is suitable to direct heat, and the barbeque apparatus can be used to adapt the barbeque for different cooking styles. The invention also relates to numerous variants thereon, including an aperture form to facilitate lighting of the barbeque fuel.
