Zusammenfassung:Provided is a user device in a wireless communication system having the user device and a base station, the user device comprising: a transmission unit which transmits, to the base station, a first maximum bandwidth, which is the maximum bandwidth usable for communication by the user device; and a reception unit which receives, from the base station, the central frequency or both side frequencies within a band having a second maximum bandwidth, which is equal to or less than the first maximum bandwidth and is the maximum bandwidth usable for communication by the base station.
