Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to provide a diarrhea-preventing nutritional composition that enables the ingestion or administration of nutritional components while effectively preventing diarrhea and that can maintain a stable viscosity even when stored in liquid form. A nutritional composition, in which lipid, carbohydrate, and protein are blended with pectin selected to have a degree of esterification of 10%-30%, a degree of amidation of 0%-25%, and a free acidity of at 64%-85%, allows nutritional components to be ingested or administered while effectively preventing diarrhea, and allows a stable viscosity to be maintained even when stored in liquid form.
