Interactive Advisory System

The present invention relates to a method comprising: receiving geo-referencing and time tracking data of a locatee communicator device; obtaining permission from the locatee communicator device for access of a locator communicator device to information regarding the geo-referencing and time-tracking data associated with the locatee communicator device; analyzing the geo-referencing and time-tracking data received from the locatee communicator device; and outputting an alert to the communication network for transmittal to the locator communicator device when the actual travel path of the locatee communicator device deviates from an expected travel path, or the locatee communicator device is located outside a specified spatial range, or the locatee communicator device does not arrive at a location by a specified time of arrival, or the locatee communicator device arrives at a location by a specified time of arrival, or the locatee communicator device is present at a specified geo referenced area, or the locatee communicator device is not present at a specified geo referenced area.
