Cooking apparatus and method of using the cooking apparatus

Cooking apparatus (A) comprising a cooking system (SYS) exhibiting a cooking site, a communication unit (UC) able to exchange information with a remote terminal (T) according to a communication protocol, the communication unit (UC) being designed to receive a cooking parametrization information item (ipc) comprising a set of coefficients (C1, C2,..., Cn), a control and command unit (CC) for the cooking system (SYS) comprising a processor (P) designed to regulate a cooking temperature according to a cooking setpoint. The control and command unit (CC) is designed to be disposed in a first configuration in which the said cooking setpoint is dependent on the selected category of food, or alternatively in a second configuration in which the said cooking setpoint is dependent on the set of coefficients (C1, C2,..., Cn) received by the communication unit (UC).
