The head (2) is inserted into the hinge mechanism of the main body (1) and then can pivot therewith and is also electrically connected with the main body (1). The head (2) is provided with a stirrer device. The upper cover (3) is removably disposed on the main body (1) and is used to cover the main body (1). The multi-functional cooker combines boiling, stewing, stir-frying functions and the 1ike into one, and can be used in cooking both Chinese food and western food.
