Zusammenfassung:	This resin-coated steel material is provided with a steel material, a primer layer on the surface of the steel material, a urethane resin layer on the surface of the primer layer, and a top coating layer on the surface of the urethane resin layer. The urethane resin layer contains a castor oil derivative having at least 2.7 hydroxyl groups per molecule, and a urethane resin obtained by polymerizing an isocyanate and an organic composition having 2.0 hydroxyl groups per molecule. The top coating layer contains an acrylic urethane resin.
