A dental curing light device comprising: an elongated body formed from a unitary, single piece of thermally conductive material extending between a proximal end of the elongated body and a distal end of the elongated body opposite the proximal end, the 10 elongated body including: a head at the distal end having a recess therein, a handle portion extending to the proximal end of the curing light device; and a cavity at least partially disposed in the handle portion; an LED assembly disposed within the recess in the head, the LED assembly including one or more LED dies; and an electronics assembly at least partially disposed within the cavity of the continuous seamless piece of thermally 15 conductive material.
