The shock absorbing vehicle window arrangement comprises a transparent polymer windscreen (301) having a height (Hw) and a width (Ww) and a metal frame (302, 303) comprising an inner portion (303) at least partially extending on an inside of the transparent polymer windscreen and configured to receive screws for fixating the transparent polymer windscreen. The shock absorbing vehicle window arrangement further comprises an additional transparent polymer windscreen (332) placed on the outside of the transparent polymer windscreen.
