Zusammenfassung:A METHOD OF SEPARATING CHEMISTRIES IN A DOOR-TYPE DISHMACHINE A dishmachine (10) comprising an enclosure defining a wash chamber having wash arms (20) mounted therein; a first tank (12) for housing a first composition; a first pump (14) operatively coupled with the first tank (12) and in fluid communication with the wash arms (20); a second tank (16) for housing a second composition; a second pump (18) operatively coupled with the second tank (16) and in fluid communication with the wash arms (20); a diverter system comprising: a diverter plate (44) selectively movable between a first position and a second position wherein the first position provides a flow path between the wash chamber and the first tank (12) and the second position provides a flow path between the wash chamber and the second tank (16); and a gutter plate (46) having a central opening (64 and at least two walls (48, 50, 52, 54) on opposite sides of the central opening (64) each forming a recess (56, 58, 60, 62).
