SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE FOR CUSTOMER GENOME CONSTRUCTION AND ANALYSIS

A computer-implemented method for generating recipient-specific custom metadata recommendations, including receiving data from a plurality of data channels, where the received data includes batch data, stream data associated with a recipient, transactional data and product data including different product attributes, processing the received data to generate a robust recipient profile by matching the received data to the recipient, assigning a recipient identifier to the received data, the recipient identifier corresponding to the matched recipient, and analyzing a selected portion of the received data to determine one or more attributes of the recipient, including, combining the product data and transactional data to form a dataspace, analyzing the dataspace to determine a term frequency score for each of the product attributes for the recipient, calculating an inverse document frequency for each of the product attributes for the recipient, and combining the term frequency and inverse document frequency to form one or more attributes of the recipient, ranking the determined attributes of the recipient, determining which attributes should be tagged to the recipient based on the received data and assigning corresponding tags to the recipient, monitoring the plurality of data channels for additional data including determining if a real-time update is present, updating the robust recipient profile and assigning new customer tags to the recipient based on the additional data in real-time, based on a determination that a real-time flag is present, and updating the robust recipient profile through a batch update based on a determination that a real-time update flag is not present, determining a recipient-specific custom metadata recommendation based on the updated robust profile, said recommendation being preconfigured with respect to one or more of the tags assigned to the recipient, and sending the recipient-specific custom metadata recommendation to a device associated with the recipient. j Io cc-,: I > i a)I Ia 0- - LYC co a) co a) _o Ca) 2u C) Cu I I < 21EI I k -co C,~
