Zusammenfassung:	The invention is directed to a valve. The valve has a body defining an opening for allowing fluid to flow through the valve, a cover for covering the opening, and a counterbalancing weight unit. The counterbalancing weight unit is being configured to hold the cover in a closed position in which fluid is prevented from flowing through the valve when the pressure differential on opposite sides of the opening is below a predetermined range, and allow the cover to move to an open position in which fluid can flow through the valve when the pressure differential on opposite sides of the opening exceeds a predetermined range.
