Zusammenfassung:BIPOLAR SURGICAL INSTRUMENT A bipolar forceps (10), comprising first and second shafts (12, 14) pivotably moveable relative to one another about a pivot (25); a housing (70) configured to couple to at least one of the shafts (12, 14); a first electrode (110) configured to releasably couple to a distal portion of the first shaft (12) and a second electrode (120) configured to releasably couple to a distal portion of the second shaft (14), each of the first and second electrodes (110, 120) adapted to connect to a source of electrosurgical energy for treating tissue disposed between the first and second electrodes (110, 120); and a switch (36) disposed within the housing (70) and configured to control delivery of electrosurgical energy to at least one of the first or second electrodes (110, 120).
