Zusammenfassung:	According to the present invention, a sound acquisition part (31) receives as input an abnormal sound that has occurred at an image formation device (20) that is an analysis target device and thereby acquires sound information. A position reception part (38) receives, from a user, sound-recording position information that is for acquiring sound information. A frequency analysis part (32) performs a short-time Fourier transform (STFT) on the sound information acquired by the sound acquisition part (31) and generates frequency spectrum waveform data. A control part (33) receives a spectrum waveform that, from among a plurality of frequency spectrum waveforms at a server device (50), resembles the generated frequency spectrum waveform and has been selected on the basis of the received sound-recording position information.
