Zusammenfassung:	A drug cassette (100) is provided with a peripheral wall component (110), a first rotating body (120), a second rotating body (130), and a drug ejection part (144c). In the drug cassette (100), a drug prepared within a drug accommodation part (182) can be pushed up along with the rotation of the first rotating body (120) and transferred to the second rotating body (130), transported downstream with respect to the direction in which the second rotating body (130) rotates, and ejected from the drug ejection part (144c). The peripheral wall component (110) is provided with an expansion part (110a) that, below the second rotating body (130), expands toward the radially outward side of the second rotating body (130).
