Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a post-tension pre-stressing force control system that can accurately measure the pre-stressing forces of a plurality of tensioning members and can manage the pre-stressing forces introduced into the plurality of tensioning members through a main server, thereby applying uniform pre-stressing forces to the members. The post-tension pre-stressing force control system of the present invention for controlling the pre-stressing force of a tensioning member provided within a concrete structure comprises: a hydraulic jack coupled to the tensioning member at one end of the concrete structure to apply a pre-stressing force to the tensioning member by moving a piston forward; a hydraulic pump connected with the hydraulic jack through a hydraulic pressure supply tube to supply a hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic jack; a digital elongation measurement sensor provided in the hydraulic jack to measure the elongation of the piston; a measurement unit that comprises a data logger that receives and stores the elongation data measured by the digital elongation measurement sensor and transmits the same to the main server; a digital pressure measurement sensor provided on the hydraulic pressure supply tube of the hydraulic pump; and a control module that receives the elongation data from the data logger or the main server to calculate a pre-stressing force and corrects the elastic modulus of the tension member according to the ratio of real-time elongation data and pressure data to correct the calculated pre-stressing force.
