Method, system and apparatus for providing access to videos

The present invention relates to a computer implemented method (300) of accessing a video. The method (300) comprises the steps of receiving a request to access the video, where the request includes a classification (510) with a classification confidence score (511) 5 of an object of interest (520) and determining available second video capture devices (211) based on the received classification (510). For each of the available second video capture devices (221), an estimated classification confidence score corresponding to the received classification for each of a plurality of configuration states available at the second video capture device (520) is determined; and an adjustment cost value associated with adjusting the 0 second video capture device (221) from an initial configuration state (530) to each of the plurality of configuration states (531) is also determined. One of the second video capture devices (221) is then selected and one of the configuration states (531) corresponding to the selected second video capture device (221) is also selected based on the estimated classification confidence score and the determined adjustment cost value.
