The fiber-reinforced cement sheet product comprises at least one fiber-cement layer and at least one polymeric material layer. The polymeric material layer is chemically bonded to at least one surface of the fiber-cement layer or is sandwiched between two fiber-cement layers, to obtain the fiber- reinforced cement sheet product.
