Charge/discharge control apparatus

A charge/discharge control apparatus (1) is provided with: a control unit (11) for performing a charging control for charging a storage battery (5) using surplus electric power of generated power not consumed by a load (7), and a discharging control for discharging the storage battery (5); and a setting unit (12) for setting, in relation to the remaining power amount of the storage battery (5), a threshold value corresponding to an expected discharge power amount that is expected as the discharge power amount supplied from the storage battery (5) to the load (7) in a specified time band. If the remaining power amount of the storage battery (5) is at or below a threshold value prior to the specified time band, the control unit (11) performs a discharge inhibition control for inhibiting discharge of the storage battery (5).
