Zusammenfassung:	This user-side air conditioning device (3a, 3b) comprises: a casing (31a, 31b); a user-side heat exchanger (33a, 33b) that cools or heats the air inside the casing (31a, 31b) by way of refrigerant supplied from a heat source-side air conditioning device (2); an air supplying and discharging mechanism that takes in inside air from a space to be air conditioned or outside air from outside the space to be air conditioned, supplies air to the space to be air conditioned,or discharges air to outside of the space to be air conditioned; and a refrigerant leak detecting device (48a, 48b) that detects refrigerant. When the refrigerant leak detecting device (48a, 48b) detects refrigerant, a refrigerant discharge operation that discharges refrigerant and air inside the casing (31a, 31b) to outside of the space to be air conditioned is performed by the air supplying and discharging mechanism.
