The pharmaceutical composition comprises docetaxol, albumin and amino acids, wherein the weight ratio between albumin and docetaxol is no more than 50, preferably 20:1 - 1:1, and the weight ratio between amino acids and docetaxol is not less than 0.5, preferably 1:1 - 20:1.
