Abstract The present invention relates to compounds of Formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and methods of inhibiting the replication of influenza viruses and/or reducing the amount of influenza viruses in a biological sample or patient comprising administering an effective amount of a compound of Formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to the biological sample or patient.
