Zusammenfassung:	The disclosure relates to an anchor seal assembly for creating a seal portion and an anchor portion, between a first tubular that is disposed within a second tubular. The anchoring seal assembly includes an expandable annular 5 member attached to the first tubular. The annular member has an outer surface and an inner surface. The anchoring seal assembly further includes a seal member disposed in a groove formed in the outer surface of the expandable annular member. The seal member has one or more anti-extrusion spring bands embedded within the seal member, and the outer surface of the expandable 10 annular member adjacent the groove includes a rough surface. The assembly also includes an expander sleeve configured to radially expand an expandable annular member to create a seal portion and an anchor portion.
