The debt retrieval system also comprises a monitoring system configured to monitor the information stored in the information storage system to detect payment obligations that satisfy at least one predetermined condition, and automatically 10 at least initiate sending a communication concerning a detected payment obligation to the associated entity when the at least one predetermined condition has been satisfied.
