Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a process for preparing an extruded cereal product with an increased amount of whole grain, and hence to a process for preparing an extruded cereal product that has an increased amount of dietary fibres. In particular, the invention relates to an extruded cereal product comprising an increased amount of whole grain, preferably without significantly compromising the mouthfeel or the expansion properties of the extruded cereal product and maintaining, or gaining, consumer preference.
