Skateboard and skateboard component

A skateboard component and a skateboard. The skate board component comprises a bottom plate (10) with a plurality of first through holes (101) arranged at the periphery thereof; an ear part (11) formed on the bottom plate (10), the end of the ear part (11) opposite to the bottom plate (10) provided with a second through hole (111), and the inner periphery of the second through hole (111) annularly provided with a first stopper part (112); and a first convex part (12) formed on the bottom plate (10) and having a first groove (121), the ear part (11) and the first convex part (12) formed at the same side of the bottom plate (10), and the section of the second through hole (111) orthogonal to the bottom plate (10). The skateboard component can further comprise buffer elements (211, 212, 213, 321, 51), limiting elements (2041, 302), a wheel axle frame (20), a wheel frame (30), a keel (50), and a pedal (60), and be connected together by a plurality of locking elements to compose the skateboard and increase the stability when sliding on an uneven pavement.
